The puppies are one week old now and our little runt is still hanging in there! Becky named her Thumbelina and has been diligently caring for her. Her brothers and sisters are huge by comparison which will ensure that the tender loving care she's getting now will continue until they are gone. It amazes me that even in this poor country you can find people to buy dogs at rather high prices. Well, in the really big cities that is... which are five hours from here. But for for the price of a couple of plane tickets to fly back to America.
